Circuit Training
Interval training builds cardiovascular fitness- in combination with resistance training you'll tackle it all to improve muscular strength and endurance! Experience a class that will be modified or advanced to all levels, allowing you to see progress over time.
Total Body Pilates
Join us for a full-body workout that blends mat-based Pilates core work with strength training to build stability, tone muscles, and improve overall body alignment.
Functional Strength
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Experience an alignment-based flow practice to build body-awareness and balance. Begin with a centering meditation, flow through a series of standing poses, and end with a quieting savasana. Expect to build some heat and focus on both strengthening and opening specific areas of the body each class. Class is appropriate for all levels.
This is a class for all levels as we’ll use compound and isolation movements with various types of equipment to engage and strengthen every muscle! A focus on proper form and technique will be reinforced while you challenge your pace.
HIIT, Strength, Core
This class is a head-to-toe cardio and strength workout that will elevate your heart rate by combining cardio, strength, and core exercises using your body weight, and a variety of equipment. Note- This class is filmed live for BeWell, our virtual platform, but you will not be seen on camera.
